Mach Consultants is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to own requirements, business clarification, and UAT for HR technology delivery in Doha, Qatar. The role emphasizes rigorous requirements gathering, BRDs, and coordinating UAT across HR tech implementations.

The candidate should bring 6–10 years of BA experience, 3+ years in HR Technology, and familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to own requirements, business clarification, and UAT for HR technology delivery.

Key Requirements:

• 6-10 years of Business Analysis experience;
• 3+ years in HR Technology, Employee Self-Service, or Enterprise Portals;
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRDs, user stories & acceptance criteria;
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps & Agile/Scrum;
• Strong UAT experience, including test design, defect triage & sign-off;
• Knowledge of BPMN/UML, wireframes and traceability;
• Ability to read API specifications (REST/Swagger, SOAP/WCF);
• Basic SQL for data validation;
• Experience with HRMS/ERP platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday or .NET HR systems is preferred;
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
