Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years of business analysis experience with at least 3 years in HR technology.
• Strong command of BRDs, user stories, Azure DevOps, and managing UAT cycles.
• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM is highly preferred.
