Job summary

Nord Anglia Education in Qatar is seeking an HR Officer to contribute to day-to-day HR operations across the school. You will maintain accurate employee records, prepare contracts and amendments, and support onboarding and visa documentation.

The role involves coordinating end-to-end recruitment, assisting payroll inputs with Finance, administering benefits, and providing day-to-day employee relations support, escalating complex matters to the HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• 4–6 years HR experience, ideally in education or regulated sector.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and Qatar practices.
• Experience with payroll processes and HR data systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to day-to-day HR operations across the school.
• Prepare contracts, amendments, renewals and official correspondence.
• Assist onboarding, offboarding and visa documentation coordination.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and offer paperwork.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs with Finance and administer benefits.
• Provide day-to-day employee relations support and escalation path to HR Manager.
