• 4-6 years HR experience, preferably in education or a similarly regulated sector.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and employment practices (Qatar experience preferred).
• Experience with payroll processes and HR data systems.
• Well organized with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with school leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the school.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records (digital and physical).
• Prepare contracts, amendments, renewals, and official correspondence.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding, and coordinate visa documentation where required.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate documentation and offer paperwork.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs with Finance and administer employee benefits.
• Provide day-to-day employee relations support and escalate complex matters to HR Manager.

We are looking for someone to support HR operations across the school, contributing to a structured, compliant, and efficient HR function that supports school leadership and staff wellbeing.

The role:

We seek an individual to join as anHR Officer where your focus will be:

• Contributing to the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across the school
• Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records (digital and physical)
• Preparing contracts, amendments, renewals, and official correspondence
• Contributing to onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinating visa documentation where required
• Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate documentation and offer paperwork
• Preparing monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with Finance, and administering employee benefits
• Providing day-to-day, low-level employee relations support to staff, escalating complex or sensitive matters to the HR Manager

The Successful Candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-6 years' HR experience, ideally within education or a similarly regulated sector
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and employment practices (Qatar experience preferred)
• Experience with payroll processes and HR data systems
• Well organised, with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with school leadership
