Responsibilities

• Achieve quantitative measures of performance in key retail metrics (units per transaction, avg. transaction value, sales per month, sales per square foot).
• Set store sales targets to maximize profitability.
• Guide Area Managers and Store Managers to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
• Oversee cost management and drive efficiency through automation.
• Enforce SOPs, policies, and loss prevention; monitor compliance.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising standards across all stores.
