Job summary

The company seeks a bold Country Manager to lead and scale our Qatar retail presence, owning the P&L and driving store expansion, digital integration and top-tier customer experiences. You will build high-performing teams across stores, warehouses and offices, align with GCC market practices, and partner with government entities and landlords to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred for strategic insight.
• 8+ years in GCC retail leadership across operations, brand portfolios or market expansion.
• Experience overseeing 15–20 fashion stores in a matrix reporting environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven P&L management and financial target achievement.

Qualifications

• Middle East Retail Track Record: 8+ years in retail leadership—managing area operations, brand portfolios, or market expansion—specifically in GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, etc.).with atleast atleast 15-20 Fashion Stores in a matrix reporting environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of managing P&L responsibilities and achieving financial targets in a competitive market.
• Commercial Mindset: Strong financial fluency with a habit of using data to drive sales, manage margins, and spot new market opportunities.
• Mall & Landlord Network: First‑hand experience negotiating terms with major regional mall operators and real estate group
