Job summary

Rosewood Doha is seeking a Residences Assistant Manager to lead guest relations and oversee the Residences Butler/Bell teams in our ultra-luxury environment in Doha. This on-site, full-time role reports to the Residence Manager and focuses on crafting personalized stays by coordinating with team members and Premier services.

You will supervise scheduling, training, events for residents, and collaborate across departments to deliver consistently exceptional experiences while upholding safety

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Assist the Residences Butler Team with guest preferences to craft personalized stays.
• Handle and resolve guests’ complaints with timely follow-up.
• Provide service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Coordinate with all other departments through effective communication.
• Attend Department Communication Meetings for Residences.
• Facilitate the training and development of the Bell Team and Butler Team.
• Provide guidance and motivation to the Bell Team and Butler Team.
• Conduct associate performance evaluations on a timely basis, including corrective action and coaching.
• Responsible for scheduling according to the staffing guide and reconciling payroll.
• Adheres to and promotes the company’s health and safety policies to ensure a safe work environment and knowledge of all safety and emergency procedures.
• Assist the Residence Manager in their absence, taking on their responsibilities as needed.
• Occasionally act as a coordinator for the Residences Butlers team.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute weekly and monthly events, activities, and gatherings for residents, ensuring satisfaction and cost control.
• Create and maintain a calendar of events and activities, sharing it with residents and the Residences team.
• Create and amend Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.
• Train the Bell Team and Butler Team on processes, SOPs, and standards.
• Monitor the satisfaction of residents throughout their stay at the Residences.
• Coordinate with the Residences Butlers to ensure that all amenities are in place for residents' arrivals, departures, and special occasions.
