Job summary

Rosewood Doha is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Residences Lounge team. You will develop strong guest relationships, assist the Residences Butler Team by sharing guest preferences for personalized stays, and resolve guest concerns with timely follow-up and accurate daily logs.

You will coordinate with other departments, lead training for the Residences Lounge Team, supervise scheduling and payroll reconciliation, and participate in weekly/monthly resident events to ensure

• Handle and resolve guests’ complaints with timely follow-up and proper daily log communication.
• Attend Department Communications Meetings representing Residences Lounge.
• Plan, coordinate and execute weekly and monthly events for residents, ensuring satisfaction and cost control.
• Oversee the efficient operation of the Residences Lounge and coordinate all activities within the space.
• Create and amend Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.

Your Role:

• Develop and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Assist the Residences Butler Team by providing them with additional info on guest preferences and habits that will lead to crafting a personalized stay.
• Handle and resolve guests’ complaints, including follow up in a timely manner and proper communication in the daily log. Provide service that consistently exceeds our internal and external guest expectations always leading by example.
• Strong and effective communication with all other departments. Attend Department Communication Meetings representing Residences Lounge.
• Facilitate the training and development of the Residences Lounge Team.
• Provides guidance and motivation to the Residences Lounge Team.
• Conduct associate’s performance evaluations on a timely basis, including corrective action and coaching.
• Responsible for scheduling according to the staffing guide and reconciling payroll.
• Adheres to and promotes the company’s health and safety policies to ensure a safe work environment and knowledgeable all safety and emergency procedures.
• Assist the Residences Manager in their absence, taking on their responsibilities as needed.
• Occasionally act as a coordinator for the Residences Butlers team.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute weekly and monthly events, activities, and gatherings for residents, ensuring satisfaction and cost control.
• Create and maintain a calendar of events and activities, sharing it with residents and the Residences team.
• Oversee the efficient operation of the Residences Lounge and manage the coordination of all activities taking place within the space.
• Create and amend Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.
• Train the Residences Lounge team on processes, SOPs, and standards.
• Monitor the satisfaction of residents while staying at the Residences Lounge.
• Coordinate with the Residences Butlers to ensure that all amenities are in place for residents' arrivals, departures, and special occasions.
