Job summary

Rosewood Doha is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to oversee guest satisfaction, finance and day-to-day operations of our luxury restaurant outlets. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and ensure service excellence across all touchpoints in a fast-paced, world-class property.

In this role you will collaborate with departmental heads, optimize costs, maintain brand standards, and drive guest experiences that align with our Relationship Hospitality philosophy at Rosewood Doha.

Responsibilities

• Guest satisfaction: Ensure delivery of brand standards and coach associates in guest service.
• Finance / Administration: Monitor costs, budgets, forecasts, and pricing guidance; manage outlets inventory and reports.
• Operations: Oversee outlet operations, staffing, SOP adherence, and cross-department collaboration.
