Job summary

Maseera in Qatar seeks a seasoned real estate marketing and leasing professional to drive occupancy and rental income for Taqat Real Estate properties. You will develop and implement marketing and leasing plans, target corporate, government and embassy clients, and optimize digital campaigns.

You will build broker networks, manage listings, use CRM for pipeline reporting, and coordinate viewings and offers through to signing, while meeting approved targets. Field-ready and client-focused.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of real estate marketing and leasing experience in Qatar.
• Proven track record of meeting leasing targets and closing deals.
• Knowledge of CRM and digital marketing platforms; MS Office; Odoo preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Valid Qatari driving licence and willingness to work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement marketing and leasing plans to raise occupancy and revenue.
• Win clients through field prospecting among companies, government and embassies and individuals.
• Manage property advertisements, listing platforms and digital campaigns; measure effectiveness.
• Arrange viewings, prepare offers, negotiate and follow up through signing.
• Build broker network, analyze market and competitors, propose suitable offers.
• Use CRM to record clients, opportunities, reports and leasing results.
