Job summary

Shopping Mall seeks a senior real estate leasing leader to oversee end-to-end leasing operations across residential and commercial assets in Qatar and the GCC. The role requires steering broker networks, driving occupancy, and maximizing revenue through strategic lease negotiations.

The candidate should bring 10+ years in real estate leasing, including senior management experience, and possess strong leadership, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Real Estate leasing, including senior management/Leasing Director roles.
• Mandatory GCC real estate leasing experience; Qatar experience preferred.
• End-to-end lease negotiations, tenant retention and revenue maximization.
• Experience managing broker networks and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage leasing operations for Residential, Commercial properties and mixed-use assets.
• Drive occupancy targets and optimize revenue through effective lease negotiations.
• Develop leasing strategies and oversee broker networks.
• Mentor and supervise leasing teams to improve performance.

Competency Level:

Education:

• Masters/ Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Real Estate leasing, including significant experience as a Leasing Director or in senior management role.
• Mandatory experience in the GCC market, with Qatar market experience is preferred.
• Proven exposure in managing leasing operations for Residential (Villas & Apartments) and Commercial properties (Retail Shops, Street Shops, Office Units etc.).
• Strong expertise in end-to-end lease negotiations, tenant retention and revenue maximization.
• Proven ability to manage broker networks, develop leasing strategies and achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong leadership experience in managing leasing teams and driving business performance.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends, leasing regulations and tenant management practices.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze leasing performance and prepare management reports.

Candidates currently residing in Qatar or other GCC countries are open to apply, provided they have mandatory GCC real estate leasing experience. Qatar experience will be an added advantage.
