Job summary

Ariane Real Estate in Doha is seeking a Leasing professional to manage tenant and landlord records, drive leasing targets, and support marketing activities for prime properties across Qatar.

You will work under the Leasing Manager, report on occupancy and rental opportunities, and coordinate inquiries through the CRM team to ensure swift customer contact and compliant tenancy processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate leasing within Qatar.
• Strong understanding of Qatari real estate regulations, tenancy laws, and contract documentation.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written); proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Report to Leasing Manager.
• Record and update landlord/tenant details in database quickly.
• Achieve monthly leasing targets.
• Study leasing rent, opportunities & project information.
• Follow up on listing and availability of lease units.
• Coordinate with CRM team for inquiries and customer contact.
• Advertise properties and conduct property tours/viewings.
• Screen prospective tenants for eligibility.
• Assist with lease applications and verification.
• Inform prospects of results.
• Inspect properties at move-in and move-out.
• Liaise with tenants to address concerns.
• Maintain and store documentation.
• Accept rent payments, deposits and fees.

Job Description

• Reporting to Leasing Manager.
  
• Recording and updating details of prospective and existing landlords and tenants into computer database swiftly.
  
• Responsible to achieve the leasing target monthly.
  
• Make study on the Leasing rent, opportunities & project information etc.
  
• Following up with the listing & Availability of the lease units.
  
• Following with CRM team for the inquires and contact with the customers.
  
• Advertising available properties and conducting property tours / viewing as part of marketing activities.
  
• Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
  
• Completing reservation form, lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.
  
• Informing prospective tenants of results.
  
• Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate.
  
• Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.
  
• Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
  
• Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate leasing within Qatar .
  
• Legal Knowledge:Strong understanding of Qatari real estate regulations, tenancy laws, and contract documentation.
  
• Languages:Excellent command of English (verbal and written); proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
