Job summary

Qatar Living in Doha is seeking a dynamic Leasing Supervisor to lead leasing activities for residential and commercial properties. You will maximize occupancy, manage inquiries, show units, and convert leads into signed leases while coordinating with maintenance, finance, and other teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, at least five years of leasing experience, and proven leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leasing experience in real estate or property management.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end leasing process for residential and commercial properties.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, conduct property viewings, and convert leads into signed leases.
• Negotiate lease terms, prepare lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to encourage lease renewals.
• Monitor occupancy levels, vacancies, and leasing performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth tenant move-in and move-out processes.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and prepare periodic leasing reports.
• Support property marketing initiatives and ensure listings are updated across online platforms.
