• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements from Property Management, Facility Management, and Finance teams.
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Map current and future-state processes to support operational optimization.
• Develop BRDs and functional specifications.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
• Analyze leasing performance data and revenue metrics to support decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and reports for management visibility.
• Collaborate with IT to implement system improvements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and gather feedback.
