Job summary

Kitchen Park is expanding its Real Estate team in Qatar to identify and evaluate properties for smart kitchen spaces. TheAnalyst will source properties, perform market research, and build detailed financial models to guide investments and developments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in engineering or related fields, strong Excel and modelling skills, and fluency in English and Arabic to communicate with stakeholders in a fast-paced FoodTech setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• An understanding of the commercial real estate market in Qatar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (essential), with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source new properties, landlords and local authority areas.
• Negotiate with owner and/or landlords.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in Qatar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
