Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a Reporting & Revenue Officer to monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of the real estate portfolio from a revenue and occupancy perspective. You will ensure accurate rental income tracking and support forecasting, reporting, and data integrity in the PMS.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in financial reporting for real estate, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Excel and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or equivalent.
• 5-8 years in financial reporting or real estate finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze rental collection reports daily, weekly and monthly.
• Track revenue against budgets and occupancy levels.
• Monitor ageing, identify overdue payments and coordinate follow-up.
• Validate leasing and revenue data in the PMS.
• Support management with data-driven reporting and analysis.
