Swan Global Holdings Group is seeking a Reporting & Revenue Officer to monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of the real estate portfolio from a revenue and occupancy perspective. You will track rental income, support forecasting, and maintain data integrity in the PMS to enable data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities include monitoring aging receivables, coordinating collections, and preparing NOI forecasts for Mesaimeer City.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or equivalent.
• CMA, ACCA or related finance certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) and financial reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly rental revenue and occupancy readings.
• Analyze revenue performance against budgets and targets; report variances.
• Manage ageing receivables and coordinate with tenants and internal teams for collections.
• Compute NOI forecasts for Mesaimeer City and support budgeting processes.
• Maintain data integrity in the PMS and ensure consistency across reports.
