Job summary

Employment is seeking a Public Relations Officer/Specialist (PRO) in Doha to manage government documentation, licenses, and immigration duties ensuring full compliance with Qatar Labour Law and licensing frameworks. You will liaise with MOI, MOL, MOFA and other authorities to streamline operations and support employees throughout visa processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PRO experience in Qatar
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Deep knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and licensing processes
• Experience with MOI, ADLSA, MOFA portals
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Handle licenses, permits, and updates with regulatory bodies
• Prepare documents for CR, Baladiya, and immigration cards
• Coordinate MOI, Labour, visa and residency processes
• Maintain records and communicate regulatory changes to internal teams
• Interact with embassies and government portals (Metrash2, Hukoomi)
