Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/MBA in Business, Marketing or STEM from a top university.
• 3+ years in growth/product manager, consulting, internal strategy or startups.
• Experience in tech, e-commerce, food, FMCG or related industries.
• Fluent Arabic speaker required.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, planning and investment proposals.
• Familiar with SQL, Tableau and Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to identify metrics and build data-driven action plans.
• Knowledge of online marketing concepts and tools.
• Deep knowledge of cloud kitchens and restaurant business.

Responsibilities

• Create blueprint for growing cloud kitchens’ presence in Qatar aligned with strategy.
• Lead business development, stakeholder and large-scale project initiatives for Talabat Kitchens.
• Ownership of country financial statements, budgets and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate between stakeholders to deliver perfect orders to consumers.
• Collaborate with Logistics Ops and Customer Experience to improve site performance.
• Work with Senior Director to build compelling business cases for new ventures.
• Identify kitchen spaces for expansion meeting defined criteria.
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple brands, health and safety, stock deliveries, hygiene.
