Job summary

talabat in Qatar is seeking a Country Manager - Food Services for Talabat Kitchens. You will lead cloud kitchen expansion, manage multiple brands, and drive profitability by coordinating with logistics, CX, and senior leadership.

You will oversee business development, financial planning, and data-driven strategy to scale operations while maintaining health and safety standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/MBA degree in Business, Marketing or STEM from a top university.
• 3+ years in growth/product manager role or equivalent; consulting; internal strategy; or startups.
• Experience in tech, e-commerce, food, FMCG or a mix of these industries.
• Fluent Arabic is mandatory.
• Previous experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, planning, and investment proposals.
• Understanding of SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
• Ability to build data-driven action plans and present to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Create blueprint for growing cloud kitchens presence in Qatar aligned with company strategy.
• Lead business development and project management for Talabat Kitchens.
• Own country financial statements and hit budgets for growth initiatives.
• Coordinate between stakeholders; improve order delivery and site performance with Logistics and CX teams.
• Collaborate with Senior Director to create compelling business cases for future ventures.
• Identify expansion kitchen spaces meeting criteria (location, size, accessibility, cost).
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple brands, ensuring health and safety, stock, and hygiene.
