Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group in Qatar seeks a seasoned Project Coordinator to drive complex industrial automation projects in Engineering/EPC/Oil & Gas sectors. You will support PMs, manage schedules, and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and site teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of coordination experience, and familiarity with DCS/SCADA/PLC systems. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and project-tracking tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project coordination experience.
• Experience in Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or Industrial Automation projects.
• Familiarity with DCS, SCADA, PLC, and instrumentation projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple industrial automation projects, supporting PMs and engineering teams.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, documentation, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor procurement, logistics, project deliverables, and approvals.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Track project progress, pending actions, and deadlines.

• Strong communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or related certifications are advantageous.
• Qatar experience, valid QID, and Qatar driving licence are added advantages.
