Job summary

MUQAWLAT KUWAIT is seeking a Project Coordinator in Qatar to manage multiple industrial automation projects. You will support Project Managers and engineering teams, maintain schedules, and coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.

Candidates should have 5+ years of project coordination experience in Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, or related fields, with proficiency in MS Office tools and project tracking. Qatar experience and a valid QID are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Experience in Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or Industrial Automation projects.
• Familiarity with DCS, SCADA, PLC, and instrumentation projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and project tracking tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or related certifications are advantageous.
• Qatar experience and a valid Qatar driving licence are added advantages.
