Job description

Project Manager

Lead and manage engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects up to $200 million, or discrete portions of larger EPC projects and single construction projects up to $50 million.

Responsibilities

• Hold responsibility for all matters pertaining to the project and project execution in accordance with contract and the project's HSE, project security, quality, schedule, and financial goals.
• Maintain accountability for the completion of the project within time and budget and in line with profit targets.
• Ensure the financial success and technical execution of all phases of a project.
• Review and approve project expenditures, cost estimates, budgets, financial forecasts, and project schedules.
• Negotiate with internal and external customers to achieve project goals, including changes to project work scope, contract price, and schedule.
• Direct project execution through project team members and functional managers.
• Identify, track, and manage all changes in scope of work, schedule, and execution methodology on the project, capturing all changes.
• Develop, approve, and implement the Project Execution Plan (PEP), Project Set-Up, and Project Close-out.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the oil & gas field.
• Prior experience with QatarEnergy, ADNOC, PDO, or Aramco preferred.
• Experience leading a team of project engineers and construction managers on QatarEnergy LNG projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
