Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group in Doha is seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to join our engineering and EPC teams supporting oil & gas and industrial automation projects.

You will coordinate schedules, liaise with clients and suppliers, track progress, prepare reports, and ensure documentation controls. A bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ relevant coordination experience are required, with familiarity in DCS/SCADA/PLC advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Experience in Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or Industrial Automation projects.
• Familiarity with DCS, SCADA, PLC, and instrumentation projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and project tracking tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or related certifications are advantageous.
• Qatar experience, valid QID, and Qatar driving licence are added advantages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple industrial automation projects, supporting Project Managers and engineering teams.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, documentation, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor procurement, logistics, project deliverables, and approvals.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Track project progress, pending actions, and deadlines.
