Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Project Services Manager in Qatar to lead planning, cost control, estimating, document control and logistics for complex onshore and offshore Oil & Gas projects.

You will oversee integrated schedules, risk analysis, budgeting and performance reporting while coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, PMO, vendors and subcontractors. A strong leadership track record and PMC/EPC project experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years in project services or PM roles.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel.
• Experience with complex Oil & Gas or EPC offshore projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project planning, cost control, estimating, document control and logistics activities.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and conduct schedule-risk analysis.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost risks, EVM and variance analysis.
• Maintain project risks, opportunities, issues and non-conformance registers.
• Prepare project performance reports and dashboards covering cost, schedule, risk and delivery.
• Assess the cost, schedule, resource and risk impact of project changes.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, PMO, vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary project services teams.
• Improve project-controls processes, reporting standards and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project risks, opportunities, issues and non-conformance registers.

• Assess the cost, schedule, resource and risk impact of project changes.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, PMO, vendors and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project services, project controls or project management.
• At least 3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong experience in planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, change control and risk analysis.
• Experience supporting complex Oil & Gas, energy, EPC, offshore, pipeline or capital projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel or similar project-controls systems.
• Experience with Monte Carlo simulation, sensitivity analysis and Earned Value Management is preferred.
• PMP, CCP, PSP or an equivalent professional certification would be an advantage.
