Job summary

Alftek seeks a Technical Coordinator in Doha, Qatar to own the coordination layer of the presales process, tracking submissions, actions and dependencies across live opportunities. The role supports architects and engineers, maintaining trackers and coordinating reviews and logistics.

Strong organisational skills and CRM proficiency (Odoo or similar) are essential, along with Excel and tracker management, and clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project, bid or PMO coordination in IT/telecom/SI environments.
• Bachelor's degree; IT or business background preferred.
• CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation desirable; CCNA-level awareness an advantage, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own submission tracking and deadlines for live opportunities.
• Coordinate bid reviews, design workshops and log actions; manage dependencies.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and weekly pipeline status reports.
• Log actions from bid reviews and customer clarifications; chase blockers.
