Job summary

Nexans is seeking a Senior Back Office Sales Coordinator in Qatar to provide end-to-end operational and administrative support for the Sales function, from inquiries to orders and after-sales follow-up.

You will collaborate with Front Office Sales, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate, timely commercial activities and documentation, including tenders, quotations, and orders. Fluency in English and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Document Control certification is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Sales Back Office, Sales Coordination, Tendering, or Commercial Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Sales function from inquiries through quotation and tender preparation.
• Coordinate with Finance on price-list updates and prepare commercial offers with supporting documents.
• Ensure bids, quotations, and tenders are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Maintain updated price lists and prepare customer qualification files and vendor-registration documents.
• Coordinate document-control activities and ensure filing, version control, and confidentiality.
