Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in cybersecurity presales or related roles.
• Experience designing cybersecurity solutions for government, banking, telecoms, or large enterprises.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM, PAM, and vulnerability management solutions.
• Proven experience executing PoCs, technical demonstrations, and tender responses.
• Experience producing High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), BoM, and compliance documents.

Job Role

• We are seeking an experienced Presales Consultant – Security Solutions to support the expansion of our cybersecurity business in Syria. The role focuses on understanding customer security requirements, designing enterprise cybersecurity solutions, and providing technical expertise throughout the presales process.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales Specialists, Account Managers, and technology partners to develop competitive technical proposals, demonstrate solution capabilities, and deliver secure, scalable solutions for government, banking, telecommunications, and enterprise customers.
• Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop enterprise cybersecurity solutions, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and technical architectures aligned with customer requirements.
• Conduct technical discussions, customer workshops, solution presentations, and product demonstrations to communicate the capabilities and benefits of proposed security solutions.
• Plan, configure, and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate technical feasibility, product capabilities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, Bills of Materials (BoM), compliance documentation, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and tenders.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Account Managers to assess customer security challenges, identify suitable technologies, and develop competitive solutions.
• Provide technical expertise across network security, endpoint protection, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and vulnerability management.
• Work closely with cybersecurity OEMs and technology partners to evaluate products, validate solution designs, and obtain technical support.
• Support technical solution positioning, product evaluations, and customer engagements throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity technologies, industry security standards, local market requirements, and relevant regulatory developments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity presales, technical consulting, security engineering, or solution architecture, preferably with exposure to the Syrian market.
• Proven experience designing and presenting cybersecurity solutions for government, banking, telecommunications, or large enterprise customers.
• Strong hands‑on technical knowledge of firewalls, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR), SIEM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and vulnerability management solutions.
• Demonstrated experience conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs), technical demonstrations, solution evaluations, and preparing technical responses to complex tenders.
• Experience preparing High‑Level Designs (HLD), Low‑Level Designs (LLD), Bills of Materials (BoM), and technical compliance documents.
• Good understanding of enterprise networking, cybersecurity architecture, solution integration, and industry security best practices.
• Experience working with international cybersecurity OEMs and enterprise technology solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications such as Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Cisco CCNP Security, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, technical presentation, and communication skills, with proficiency in Arabic and English.
