Job summary

Mannai Corporation’s Mannai TechHub seeks a Presales Consultant – Security Solutions to design and present enterprise cybersecurity architectures for government, banking, telecoms, and commercial sectors in Iraq. You will lead PoCs, RFP responses, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and partners to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

The role requires strong Arabic and English communication, relevant certifications, and a track record of delivering high-quality security

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity presales engineering, technical consulting, or solution architecture.
• Proven experience designing and presenting enterprise cybersecurity solutions for government, banking, telecoms, or large commercial orgs.
• Strong hands-on expertise in firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM, PAM, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise cybersecurity solutions with HLD/LLD aligned to customer needs and security objectives.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, solution presentations, and demos to communicate value.
• Plan, configure, and run hands-on PoCs to validate capabilities and requirements.
• Prepare technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and tenders for government and banking sectors.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to identify security challenges and craft suitable solutions.
• Provide expertise across security technologies and work with OEMs/partners to evaluate products.
• Coordinate with Product Managers to adapt solutions to local market requirements.
• Ensure proposals comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements in Iraq.

Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Presales Consultant – Security Solutions to support the growth of our cybersecurity business in Iraq. The role focuses on designing enterprise security architectures, developing technical solutions, and providing expert presales support for government, banking, telecommunications, and commercial customers.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Specialists, Account Managers, Product Managers, and technology partners to understand customer requirements, develop competitive cybersecurity solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise cybersecurity solutions, including High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD), aligned with customer requirements and security objectives.
• Lead technical discussions, customer workshops, solution presentations, and demonstrations to communicate the technical and business value of proposed solutions.
• Plan, configure, and execute hands‑on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate solution capabilities, technical compatibility, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and manage technical responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and tenders, particularly within government and banking sectors.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Account Managers to identify customer security challenges, evaluate technical requirements, and develop suitable solutions.
• Provide technical expertise across cybersecurity technologies, including network security, endpoint protection, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and vulnerability management.
• Work closely with cybersecurity OEMs and technology partners to evaluate products, develop integrated solutions, and obtain necessary technical support.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to assess emerging technologies and adapt cybersecurity solutions to local market requirements.
• Ensure proposed solutions follow relevant industry security standards, customer compliance requirements, and applicable cybersecurity regulations in Iraq.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity presales engineering, technical consulting, or solution architecture, preferably within the Iraqi market.
• Proven experience designing and presenting enterprise cybersecurity solutions for government, banking, telecommunications, or large commercial organizations.
• Strong hands‑on technical expertise in firewalls, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR), SIEM, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and vulnerability management solutions.
• Demonstrated experience conducting technical demonstrations, configuring Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and preparing technical proposals for complex cybersecurity projects.
• Experience developing High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), Bills of Materials (BoM), and technical compliance documentation.
• Good understanding of enterprise network security architecture, security integration, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience working with leading cybersecurity OEM solutions and technology partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Cisco CCNP Security, or CISSP are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, technical documentation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Arabic and English.
