Qatar Living is seeking a highly analytical Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist to optimize paid media across major platforms, drive traffic, and maximize revenue through data-driven experimentation and behavioral marketing.

The role requires understanding ad auctions, audience responses, and systematic campaign optimization to deliver measurable commercial results within Qatar's digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles.
• Proven experience managing paid advertising budgets with measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Analyze campaign data and user behavior to drive performance improvements.
• Build structured A/B testing frameworks for creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.
• Manage budgets and bid strategies for efficiency and ROI.
