Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Eurostaffs, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create and optimize leads through paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts for Sparkia and client portfolios.
• Create content calendars, captions, and campaign ideas.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate directly with clients and manage multiple accounts.
• Create static social media designs and marketing creatives (preferred).

Requirements

• Proven 4–5 years experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns.
• Excellent communication and account management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/clients and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong marketing understanding.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar tools.
