Job summary

NicheHR Global is seeking a senior Group HR leader in Qatar to oversee HR governance, employee services, compensation and government-related operations across multiple units. The role requires strategic leadership with hands-on HR operations know-how and GCC regulatory familiarity.

Ideal candidates will have 10–15+ years in HR leadership within FMCG/consumer sectors and fluency in Arabic and English, including experience with PRO and government relations. Qatar experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 10–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• GCC/Middle East experience essential; Qatar experience highly desirable.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Group-level people strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Establish consistent HR frameworks and governance across entities.
• Advise the Group CEO and senior leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks.
• Lead HR governance, regulatory compliance and government-related HR operations.
• Oversee PRO and government relations to ensure timely documentation and approvals.
• Strengthen HR analytics, dashboards and management reporting.
