ByteGrid Talent Services is seeking a Pastry Chef for a busy restaurant in Lusail, Qatar. We prefer Indian nationals due to our cuisine and clientele.

You will create and prep a variety of desserts, pastries, and sweet treats in line with authentic Indian recipes, while maintaining high quality and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include designing new dessert options, ensuring freshness, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in an Indian restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
• Ability to create visually appealing desserts using various techniques such as piping, molding, etc.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

We are a well-established restaurant in the rapidly growing city of Lusail, Qatar and we are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team. We have a preference for Indian nationals due to the nature of our cuisine and clientele.

As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweet treats in accordance with traditional Indian recipes. You will also be responsible for maintaining high quality standards and ensuring that all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with other benefits including accommodation, transportation, and yearly ticket allowance.
