A luxury hotel in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. This position is open to Indian nationals with a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-end hotel or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Create unique and delectable pastries, cakes, and desserts for our restaurant menu
• Develop new recipes and innovative dessert ideas based on seasonality and customer preferences
• Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard
• Manage inventory levels and order necessary ingredients to maintain stock levels
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements
