Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a senior techno‑functional consultant with 15–20 years of experience in the Utilities domain. The candidate will work on Oracle CC&B, Oracle C2M, and Oracle MDM across power, water, and gas utilities, leading requirements discussions and ensuring high‑quality designs and implementations.

Responsibilities include reviewing architecture, guiding development, and mentoring teams while identifying automation opportunities to reduce support tickets and enhance customer

Qualifications

• In-depth Oracle Utilities experience across CC&B, C2M, and MDM in utilities projects.
• Extensive knowledge of CC&B modules: Rates, Billing, Payments, Meter Read, Meter Management, Credit, Collections, Case Management, New Connections.
• Strong OUAF development and deployment expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and issue discussions with clients and provide sustainable solutions.
• Review and approve HLD/LLD documents, custom programs, configurations, and unit test cases.
• Perform root-cause analysis of issues and tickets; define corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify automation and system improvement opportunities to reduce tickets and improve customer experience.
• Manage multiple stakeholders, support, and mentor team members across development, design, testing, debugging, and resolution.

Experience 15–20 years of experience as a techno‑functional consultant in the Utilities domain, having worked on multiple implementations and support projects involving Oracle CC&B, Oracle MDM, and Oracle C2M across Power, Water, and Gas utilities.

Required Skills and Expertise

• CC&B and C2M modules: Rates, Billing, Payments, Meter Read, Meter Management, Credit, Collections, Case Management, and New Connections.
• MDM functionalities: Scalar, Interval Data, Events, Alarms, Commands, Remote Disconnect & Connect, VEE Rules, Device Management, Usage Management, Measuring Components, Device Events, Device Communication, Usage Subscription, TOU, IMD, and XML formats.
• OUAF development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and issue discussions with clients and provide sustainable solutions.
