Job summary

People Dynamics is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Applications Support professional to manage networks, servers, and Oracle applications. The role covers monitoring, upgrades, and incident resolution within ITIL-aligned processes.

The candidate should have 5–8 years in IT infrastructure or network support, with Oracle EBS/DB experience and Google Workspace/GCP familiarity, plus Linux/Windows Server expertise and strong networking skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in IT Applications, Infrastructure or Network Support
• Experience with Oracle EBS, Fusion or Oracle Database
• Experience with Google Workspace Admin Console or Google Cloud Platform
• Good understanding of Linux and Windows Server environments
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)

Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Networks management and monitoring
• Support, monitor and maintain servers, network systems and application performance
• Provide operational support for Oracle applications and Google Workspace (GCP)
• Perform system upgrades, patches, configuration changes and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot issues and participate in RCA investigations
• Handle incidents, service requests and changes per ITIL; meet SLAs
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs with vendors and internal teams

• IT Infrastructure Networks

• App Support Provide operational support for Oracle applications and Google Workspace GCP

• Troubleshooting Resolve technical issues and participate in Root Cause Analysis RCA
