Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Material Coordinator to manage on-deck and helideck materials for offshore facilities. The role focuses on loading/off-loading, material control, and coordinating with site teams to meet production and safety targets.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 10 years of oil & gas experience, with at least 5 years offshore; fluency in English, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
• At least 5 years offshore experience on-field equipment.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and off-loading on deck and helideck at NOC offshore facilities.
• Coordinate material flow to meet lead times and production targets.
• Record movements using approved documentation and IT systems.
• Provide regular reports and guidance to the Team Lead.
