Job summary

Swan Global is seeking an entry-level Roustabout for an offshore jackup rig in Qatar. The role supports deck operations, maintenance, drilling assistance, and safety compliance within a rotating 35/35 schedule. Must hold BOSIET/FOET with HUET and have H2S awareness; prior offshore experience is not required but preferred.

Qualifications

• No offshore experience required; offshore/industrial experience preferred.
• Valid BOSIET/FOET with HUET is mandatory for offshore Qatar.
• H2S awareness and basic firefighting certifications preferred.
• Physically fit, safety-conscious and able to work in a demanding offshore environment.

Responsibilities

• Deck Operations: load/unload supply vessels and handle equipment.
• Rig Maintenance & Cleaning: clean decks, perform maintenance tasks, assist repairs.
• Drilling Support: assist derrickhands and roughnecks during operations.
• Safety & Compliance: follow HSE rules, participate in safety drills and PPE use.
• General Labor: operate basic rig machinery if trained and support other departments.
