Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage offshore supply chains for jack-up rigs in Qatar. The role covers coordinating cargo shipments by sea and air, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with QatarEnergy and regulatory requirements.

You will prepare manifests, documents, and reports for rig managers. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in offshore logistics, familiarity with QP processes, and certifications such as BOSIET/FOET and DG handling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in offshore/oilfield logistics, jackup rig experience preferred.
• Familiarity with QatarEnergy supply chain processes.
• Certifications: BOSIET/FOET for offshore work.
• DG (Dangerous Goods) handling certification for chemical shipments.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cargo shipments to rigs via supply vessels or helicopters.
• Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Ensure Qatar Customs, MME and QatarEnergy regulations are followed.
• Prepare shipping manifests, customs paperwork, and HSE documentation.
• Generate daily/weekly logistics reports for rig managers.
• Handle urgent deliveries and optimize costs.
