Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for offshore jackup rigs in Qatar. You will manage the end-to-end offshore supply chain, coordinate shipments and inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance to Qatari authorities.

Responsibilities include planning vessel movements, overseeing crew-change logistics, handling DG shipments, and generating routine reports using SAP/Oracle. The role requires strong English, offshore experience, and ability to work under pressure with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in offshore or oilfield logistics.
• Familiarity with QatarEnergy (QP) supply chain processes is advantageous.
• Certifications such as BOSIET/FOET and DG handling are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cargo shipments to offshore rigs via vessels or helicopters.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for offshore operations.
• Prepare shipping manifests, customs docs, and HSE paperwork.
