Job summary

ADES Global is seeking a night shift Drilling Operations Supervisor to oversee the entire drilling and workover program, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with client plans. You will coordinate with OIM or stand in for the OIM as required, plan and supervise operations, and maintain readiness of equipment.

The role requires strong English, offshore experience, and leadership to mentor crews, review permits, and document daily drilling activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level: High School or Vocational/Technical Qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of drilling and workover experience with reputable contractors.
• Minimum two years as Tool Pusher.
• Offshore rig experience required.
• Intermediate English proficiency (written & spoken).
• PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control night shift drilling operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and client plan adherence.
• Plan and schedule drilling activities; direct personnel to achieve optimal performance per client requirements.
• Coordinate with OIM or deputize for OIM as required; communicate drilling progress and changes.
• Relieve Driller at the console as needed; ensure equipment readiness for next phase.
• Assist crew and supervise at the site to maintain well stability and proper circulating times.
• Review permits and approve drilling-related activities per manuals.
