Job summary

ADES Global is seeking an experienced offshore Drilling Operations Supervisor to oversee day-shift drilling activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with client plans. You will coordinate with the OIM, client representatives, and site teams, while keeping meticulous records and leading emergency response drills.

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve (12) years of offshore drilling and workover experience with reputable contractors.
• Current valid Well Control certification (Well Sharp/IADC) is required.
• Strong leadership and safety management in high-pressure offshore environments.
• Intermediate English (written & spoken)
• Proven ability to mentor and develop drilling crew and coordinate with OIM/Client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control day-shift drilling operations to maximize efficiency while ensuring personnel safety and environmental compliance.
• Plan and schedule drilling activities; direct personnel to meet client requirements and well plans.
• Coordinate with OIM/Night Toolpusher and Client’s Representative on progress and plan changes.
• Relieve Driller when required and ensure readiness of equipment for next phases.
• Maintain logs and reports per company protocols and regulatory standards.
• Lead emergency response and well control drills in line with procedures.
• Manage team development, training, and competency assurance.
