Job summary

ADES - Advanced Energy Systems is seeking a Night Drilling Supervisor to oversee and control all drilling and workover activities during the night shift. You will ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and the environment while coordinating with the OIM and Client representatives to meet the well plan.

The role includes planning, supervising crew, maintaining logs, and ensuring readiness of equipment for the next phase.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or Vocational/Technical Qualification.
• 15+ years of working experience in drilling and workover operations with reputable drilling contractors.
• Minimum two years in tool pusher position.
• Must have working experience on Offshore rigs.
• PC literate in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night drilling operations, ensuring safe and efficient completion.
• Coordinate with OIM and Client representatives on plans and progress.
• Relieve the Driller as required and ensure equipment readiness for next phase.
• Maintain logs and reports including daily drilling and incident reports.
• Lead, mentor, and develop drilling crew for safe and effective operations.
