Job summary

ADES - Advanced Energy Systems is seeking a highly experienced Drilling Supervisor to oversee day-shift drilling operations, ensuring safe, efficient execution of wells in compliance with client Game Plan and Well Control protocols.

The role requires deep offshore drilling knowledge, planning, supervision, and strong leadership to coordinate with OIM and Client representatives, maintain records, and train the crew.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of working drilling and workover experience.
• Offshore rig experience required.
• Strong leadership and safety focus.
• Ability to plan, schedule and supervise drilling activities per client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drilling operations during the day shift.
• Ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and operational efficiency.
• Plan and schedule drilling activities per client requirements.
• Coordinate with OIM and Client representatives on progress and changes.
• Relieve Driller as needed and ensure readiness for next phases.
• Maintain logs/reports and ensure compliance with procedures.
