Job summary

ADES Holding Company is seeking an experienced Drilling Supervisor to oversee daytime drilling operations, ensuring safe and efficient well delivery in line with client and OIM requirements. You will lead crews on the rig floor, coordinate with OIM, Night Toolpusher, and Client representatives, manage well control, emergencies, and reporting, and mentor the drilling team to maintain high standards.

Candidates must have offshore rig experience, a valid Well Control certificate, 12+ years in

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve (12) years of drilling and workover operations experience with reputable drilling contractors.
• Intermediate level in English language (written & spoken).
• Valid Well Control certificate (WellSharp / IADC) and familiarity with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control the drilling operations during the day shift to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Direct personnel and coordinate with OIM, Night Toolpusher, and Client representatives.
• Manage well control and emergency response per company procedures; maintain documentation and reporting.
