Job summary

ADES Holding Company is seeking an experienced night-shift Driller/Tool Pusher to supervise and control drilling operations, ensuring safety and adherence to client plans and well objectives. You will coordinate with the OIM, manage well control and emergencies, oversee equipment readiness, and lead on-site personnel to maximize efficiency during extended night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or Vocational Technical Qualification.
• 15+ years of drilling and workover experience with reputable contractors.
• Experience as Assistant Driller, Driller and Tool Pusher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nightly drilling operations and ensure safety.
• Plan and schedule drilling activities and coordinate with OIM.
• Maintain logs and reports per company protocols.
• Ensure well control readiness and participate in emergency drills.
• Mentor crew and enforce regulatory compliance.
