Job summary

Airswift is seeking an Information Management Lead for a major LNG offshore project in Doha, Qatar. The role oversees information management and handover activities, ensuring compliance with company policies during brownfield and greenfield scopes.

The contract position requires coordination with PMTs and external contractors to maintain timely and accurate documentation. The incumbent will lead development of reporting requirements, maintain project history databases, and support decision

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering Technology, IT, Computer Science or Business Administration.
Significant experience in hard copy and electronic document control and information management systems.
Track record in similar roles on large international projects.

Responsibilities

Lead information management and handover activities for offshore project scopes.
Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures in documentation.
Manage and deliver information handover from Contractors and Subcontractors.
Lead PMT in checking information handover deliverables against timelines.
Prepare periodic management reports with IM PMT input.
Collaborate with PMT and contractors to produce complete project documents.
