Job summary

Airswift, a Global Manpower Provider, is sourcing a Project Assessment Lead for a major Oil & Gas operator on a long-term contract in Doha, Qatar. The role reports to the Head of Project Management System and sits within Major Projects Execution & Planning.

The position is based at Doha head office or Ras Laffan site with a 6-day week and 8–10 hour days. You will oversee Major Project Reviews, audits, and ensure compliance with project charters and company processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering or project management is required.
• 8 years of experience in multiple project functions in Oil & Gas.
• Experience supervising or overseeing contractor / subcontractors / service personnel.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Head of Project Management System and steward the annual audit plan.
• Ensure audits follow Internal Audit frameworks and meet expectations.
• Oversee scheduling of Major Project Reviews in PMS and related procedures.
• Prepare and report on key audit/review activities to management.
• Drive stakeholders toward resolution and closure of actions from reviews/audits.
• Assist timely follow-up for audit actions across the group.
• Assist Internal Audit with planning activities for MP/NFPS groups.
• Disseminate key learnings from audits or MPR across the group.
