Job summary

AimGulf is seeking an experienced Information Management Lead for a major LNG operator in Qatar on a contract basis. The role is residential and offshore, with a 6‑day work week at 10 hours per day, covering Brownfield and Greenfield scopes.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years in information management, strong document control skills, and a track record on large international projects. This position is based in Qatar and requires strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Proficient with office applications and basic technical tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify documentation requirements for post-project asset handover and develop transfer strategy.
• Streamline IM activities from Contractors/Subcontractors to align with company standards.
• Lead PMT in reviewing project information handover deliverables to meet timelines.
• Lead the IM PMT and contribute to periodic management reporting.
• Provide daily support to PMT on technical documentation and correspondence.
• Contribute to development and review of ITT, TBE and clarifications for IM/IT disciplines.
• Ensure adherence to COMPANY and Contractor PMTs policies and procedures.
• Lead weekly discipline meetings to resolve issues and prevent escalation.
