Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Coordinator) to oversee multiple brownfield modification and retrofit projects across onshore and offshore facilities in Qatar. The role requires strong project execution capabilities, stakeholder management, and shutdown planning experience under PMS and SHE standards.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety and quality compliance, and maintain tight schedules while delivering clear, accurate reporting to all stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required).
• 6 years’ experience in a project execution-related environment with broad experience of projects, engineering and operations.
• Experience with Brownfield projects, SIMOPS and debottlenecking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple brownfield modification and retrofit projects across onshore and offshore facilities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders while ensuring PMS compliance, SHE, quality, cost controls, and schedules.
• Plan shutdowns and manage SIMOPS with a focus on timely data delivery and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
